No makeup look is complete without groomed brows [high fashion editorials are the exception, obviously]. Filled in eyebrows can really make all the difference in transforming my natural features and help me look put together even when I’m not wearing any other makeup. I haven’t really bothered with my brows until about 3 years ago. I thought occasionally shaping them and adding permanent color from time to time was enough. I was wrong!
