White furniture is all the rage right now, and I admit that I’m totally in love with the trend. I think white pieces make the space look brighter and cleaner, and they can be dressed up with lots of beautiful colors. White furniture goes with everything and really makes the space look more modern. I know that’s not everyone’s aesthetic, but personally I’ve always liked that color scheme.
I’ve been looking for a bookcase to add to our bedroom, because I wanted to put a few things away from the bedside table while still having them on display and within reach somewhere else. You literally don’t need anything, not even the nails or adhesive, and the entire assembly can be done using your bare hands. I am a small girl, and I had no issues assembling my unit. Took me about 30 minutes total, because I kept re-checking with the manual to make sure I get it right on the first try.
The material is very light, and if I remember correctly, the shipping container my shelf came in weighed only 10lbs or something.
