I enjoy pampering my skin with facial masks on a weekly basis, and if I had to get rid of all of them but one, I’d definitely keep some kind of a clay mask, since my combination skin responds well to those deep-cleansing treatments. Now you know why I was very intrigued about new StriVectin Instant Revitalizing Mask, that combines the purifying properties of clay and instant resurfacing results of AHAs, making the skin appear brighter after the very first use.
The brand claims this innovative mask can transform and illuminate from within the dullest of complexions, so if your skin is suffering due to stress, pollution, or lack of sleep, this miraculous concoction might be able to address all of those in as little as fifteen minutes.
Each tube contains StriVectin’s patented NIA-114 that hydrates, strengthens the skin barrier, and boosts the efficacy of AHAs. Paired with powerful botanical extracts, these resurfacing all-stars are perfect for a quick pick-me-up whenever your skin calls for some instant TLC.
It didn’t take me long to put this mask to the test. On the day my package arrived I was struggling to stay awake after a sleepless night, so my skin looked slightly gray and a little bumpy. For the record, it always does that when I don’t give it a chance to recover after a long day, so at least for me beauty sleep is essential if I want to maintain that fully rested glow.
I applied the mask in one smooth, even, creamy layer, and left it to absorb for 20 minutes while I did some chores. Due to the presence of AHAs my skin stung a little for the first 3 minutes or so, which is completely normal with acidic treatments. I checked my face again at 15 minute mask, and believe it or not, but there wasn’t a single crack on the surface. I love that!
After washing off the mask, my skin indeed looked brighter and more even; my pores appeared much smaller, and the cheeks had a healthy flush. I don’t know how this will fare for someone with rosacea or super-sensitive skin, but if your skin is generally not too finicky, StriVectin Instant Revitalizing Mask is a must-try for sure.

I’m enjoying this mask a lot!
That’s great, Allison!
I have pores the size of the craters on the moon, so this sounds like a mask I must check out.
Haha, you’re so funny! This is definitely a great mask to try 🙂
Nice to see that Strivectin has a mask. I like their other products.
I’m with you Carleen, I didn’t know they had masks until I tried this one.
It did work great for my pores, I haven’t had any issues with my sensitive skin either, it’s a great mask!
Glad to hear that, Heather! Don’t you just love that glow from within after you wash it off?
I’ve heard so much about this mask but stayed away because of my rosacea. I’m happy to see that it worked so well for you.
Yes, it worked really well for me! I wonder if Strivectin makes products targeted for sensitive skin, too?
That mask sounds so awesome
It feels great, too 🙂
I love this mask, it makes my skin glow!
Right? The effect really is instant 🙂 Strivectin did well formulating this one.
I wanted to try this one! I love masks. I’m enjoying their products, though. Just finished up an entire tub of their amazing face cream, and I’ve just started using their Retinol serum.
Glad to hear that you are enjoying their products too, Nidia! I look forward to reading your blog review of that retinol serum 🙂
This sounds so interesting. I’ve got my first StriVectin product to use and I hope it’s a successful one for me since I’m not used to retinols.
If your skin isn’t used to retinols, you might want to patch test first just in case. I don’t usually get terrible reaction to skin care, but there were two isolated incidents from different brands where I wished I’d tested first. My cheeks and chin broke out so bad, I was out of commission [aka out of taking selfies for the blog] for 3 weeks 🙁
I had the same instant brightening result!
I’m happy to hear that it worked for you, too, Kath! As a fellow skin care maniac, I was looking forward to hearing your thoughts on this one 🙂
I got my first Strivectin product the other day and can’t wait to try it!
How exciting!! Will you be sharing your thoughts on the blog, Kat? I can’t wait to hear what you think about it 🙂
I love this brand.
Glad to hear that, Justina 🙂 I am a big fan, too.
I have yet to try anything from this brand. But this looks awesome!
Strivectin samples often show up in GWPs at major retailers, so I’m sure it’s just a matter of time until you get your hands on one, Kendra!
I hear great things about this brand but haven’t tried it yet!
I hope you get a chance to try it soon, Lisa! They got some serious winners in the lineup.
I’ve never used Strivectin before, but you make them sound sound good! I just got their Advanced Retinol Pore Refiner to try out, and after hearing good things about the brand, now I’m excited to play with it!
I hope you enjoy their products, Sammi! Looking forward to hearing what you think about Advanced Retinol Pore Refiner 🙂
