As you’ve probably seen in my previous review, showers can be a really fun experience with Spongellé body buffers! The company went one step further and are now offering cute sponges for kids, too, so your little one can get in on the fun. The NEW Sponge Animals Body Wash Infused Sponges with built in body wash will transform the shower time experience into a play time.
Each Sponge Animal features hypoallergenic & dermatologist tested paraben-free, sulfate-free formula with delicious tutti-frutti type scent that will gently cleanse your baby’s skin [note: these are suitable for children 3 and up]. The ingredient list is super short, and includes soothing Chamomile Extract to calm irritated skin.

In my experience Spongellé body buffers always lasted way beyond the guaranteed number on the box, [so instead of the promised 30 washes, I got about 50 out of my buffer] but there’s no indicator on the kids’ sponges. By the looks of it, they should last a very long time as well, easily over a month, especially considering that children have a smaller surface to cover.
Spongellé Sponge Animals come in four different shapes: Duck in yellow, Dog in green, Butterfly in pink, & Fish in orange, so you can pick up one or several for the ultimate playtime in the tub. Due to the nature of the product, these sponges also have pretty good shelf life and would make nice little gifts for any mothers-to-be [a fun baby stuff filled gift basket, anyone?] or baby shower party favors [since they can be used by both kids and adults, so no one is left out].
