Remember my recent post about products that help save time in the morning? Well, I found more to add to the list! Introducing Spongellé pre-soaked sponges that will help save a few minutes during your morning shower while providing a SPA-like experience.

Spongelle Review: Find out what makes Spongelle Boxed Flower Sponge & Pedi-Buffer a must-have for traveling. >> https://glamorable.com | via @glamorableI received two products to try – Boxed Flower Sponge in Bulgarian Rose and Pedi-Buffer in Mandarin Mint. I must say, the whole box smelled absolutely heavenly! If it can smell like that through layers of packaging, how strong must the actual scent be then? As it turns out, the fragrance is actually not super potent when you use them in the shower, but since they’re saturated in a concentrated cleansing solution, it comes across as very strong at first whiff.

Spongelle Review: Find out what makes Spongelle Boxed Flower Sponge & Pedi-Buffer a must-have for traveling. >> https://glamorable.com | via @glamorableI decided to try the Flower Sponge first, because I adore the smell of Bulgarian roses. It looks like a fairly large flower-shaped sponge [duh!], much bigger than my palm. Despite the size it was very easy to use, since I could cover a wider area in one stroke than with my usual loofah.

Perfectly packaged & designed to moisturize, rejuvenate, restore the skin, from neck to toe. A unique surface changes instantly as you squeeze, from a sensual exfoliating massage texture to as soft as silk.

The sponge is super-saturated with liquid soap, so it might take a while to let the water soak through on the first use, but once it’s ready – the experience is out of this world amazing! The material has just the right amount of firmness to provide gentle exfoliation, and it was especially helpful for shaving my legs, because it lifted up the hairs so the razor could glide over the skin with ease.

I feel like it would make a great travel companion, because of its TSA-friendly format [it’s not a liquid!]. I really wish I had something like that back when hubs and I used to travel a lot!

While it won’t drastically change the look of your feet after one use, it will definitely help with the upkeep after proper exfoliation or a pedicure. According to the packaging, each Pedi-Buffer can last up to 30 washes.

Formulated just for your feet, this buffer has a unique textured side that gently whisks away dry skin and calluses so feet are soft & silky. Infused with the rich extracts & skin softening oils.

The fragrance is fantastic! It’s like scrubbing your feet with a mandarin mojito on a sunny day, not that I would ever scrub my feet with a mojito… just saying 😉 It’s fresh, minty, and really makes me feel more awake – a perfect way to start the day!

I didn’t used to care for my feet every day, but simply having that sponge in the shower makes me reach for it every day, which in turn improved the condition of my feet tremendously. While I did use the flower sponge for the whole body the first few times, I eventually shifted to using it on my legs only, because it helps with the shaving, and minimizes the amount of ingrown hairs.

Do you need this? If like me you often forget to exfoliate, these products would work well as reminders to do so, since they will always be right there in front of you when you step in the shower. Thanks to their TSA-friendly format, I also feel like both of these sponges are great for traveling. I know it’s a dealbreaker for some, so keep in mind that Spongellé body buffers are heavily scented if you have any fragrance sensitivities.
