Brush Stroke Nail Art
I haven’t done nail art in ages, even though it used to be a regular feature on this blog when I first started Glamorable. Nail art requires time and patience, and in the past few years, I found myself running short on both, haha! Right now I have too much time on my hands though, so I figured I’d go through my nail polish collection and toss the ones I never use, and maybe do a quick nail art project while I’m at it.
I started by trying on a group of polishes one by one and noticed that they actually look good together. I don’t even know what to call this design. A silvery-blue tie-dye? Abstract splatter? Hand-marbling? Messy brush strokes? That last one is probably the closest, considering I didn’t use any particular techniques – just brushing the colors here and there and setting everything with some topcoat.
The nail polishes I used for this impromptu nail art design:
- londontown kur Nail Hardener & Base Coat
- londontown kur Protective Top Coat
- londontown lakur Enhanced Colour Royal Wedding
- londontown lakur Enhanced Colour Princess Awaits
- londontown lakur Enhanced Colour Dishy Splendour
- Emma V.S.N.P. Nail Polish #emmaworkingout
- O.P.I Infinite Shine Gel-Lacquer Check Out the Old Geysirs
Closeup shots of all of the bottles are shown below so you can take a closer look. By the way, I ended up keeping all of these!
