I don’t really talk much about drugs and supplements here, but lately I keep getting asked if I take anything for nails and hair, and the answer is – yes, I am. Initially designed for Paris Fashion Week, HUM Nutrition Runway Ready pouches have been my supplement of choice for the past several weeks, and before that I took plain old Biotin. I would have continued to take Biotin alone, but I thought that adding other beauty supplements won’t hurt, because I currently don’t take any multivitamins, and rely solely on meals to provide me with nutrients.

Runway Ready comes in a tall pink box, that kind of looks like a pack of tea bags.
