Hello, beauties! Did your Thanksgiving go well? I sure enjoyed getting together with my family, and we even went post-midnight Black Friday shopping for the first time in years! However, there’s one thing I can’t buy around here, and that’s Korean skin care. So today I wanted to share Black Friday deals from two of my favorite k-beauty retailers – Wishtrend and Memebox – while I’m loading up my cart with old favorites and new things to try.
Let’s start with Memebox. They have a lot of different sales planned this year, including three different vault boxes: one filled with a mix of skincare & makeup, another one with just makeup, and the third one full of masks. There are several BOGO deals available, most of which are masks. I already have Leaders and Skin Factory duos sitting in my cart! After all, they end up costing about a dollar each, which is what I normally pay for lower quality sheet masks. These are top notch though and well worth the money 😉
If in your mind Memebox is all about the beauty boxes, there are still lots to choose from, and they will arrive in time for Christmas if you order early! Personal picks: COSRX Box and The Yeon Box.
Finally, there are some clearance items worth checking out if you are on the lookout for some inexpensive makeup. Memebox brand lipsticks, glosses, and tints are particularly good!
Even though it seems like Memebox has a lot more sales going on, I am actually more excited about Wishtrend promotions. First of all, they lowered Free Shipping threshold by $10, which is a deal breaker for me. Considering that Wishtrend carries a lot of brands that I won’t find at Memebox, I would rather spend the bigger chunk of my Black Friday money here.
First of all, my most favorite Vitamin C serum in the world is on sale! Wishtrend is offering [C20] Pure Vitamin C21.5 Advanced Serum + Natural vitamin 21.5 Enhancing Sheet Mask (5Sheets) for just $26.90, which is a total steal. I’ve been using OST Vitamin C serum for years, and it erases things like post-acne scars within a week. Speaking of COSRX, in case you would rather spend your money in one place Wishtrend offers their own value box. Compared to Memebox bundle, this one has more stuff in it and it’s also more expensive, but ultimately you’re getting the same value.
I also recommend trying anything from dear klairs brand. I’ve been happy with everything I bought, including their famous toner, sheet masks and BB cream. Wishtrend has a LOT of deals that feature only dear klairs, like some of these discounted Sol Kits and of course individual products.
