Last week I reviewed Incoco nail polish appliques, and this week I’m trying out a product from OMG Nails, which is another great company that makes real nail polish nail strips.
I chose to review the Viper pattern, because I couldn’t find any swatches online, so my post will be helpful to anyone who wants to see what it looks like. The pattern is actually quite interesting where your typical python-esque black/gray hues are paired with a little bit of blue peeking through.
The application was super easy, because I could stretch each strip to fit my nails, and reapply if the strip didn’t align properly during the first attempt. They adhere really well and don’t bubble up, like some other nail strips I tried. The only con I found is that they didn’t seem to dry out completely, so after a few hours I simply added a thin layer of Sally Hansen Insta-dri top coat, and the problem was fixed.
At just $6.89 per set plus free shipping with any order (no minimum, including international!) OMG Nail Strips turned out to be more affordable than many other brands offering the same type of product. Right now they have a pretty nice promo going on where you can get 4 for $20 using the code 4pack.
Check out OMG Nail Strips online store, and connect with them on Facebook and Twitter for news and special promotions.
not a huge fan of this print but it’s great you shared it so people can see swatches, and an awesome promotion.

Thanks Zoe, I try to be helpful 🙂
Wow, they are very professionally applied! I have a packet of nails wraps for about a month but I’m scared to try them it looks so difficult to apply!

Thank you! Not all nail wraps are easy to apply, I definitely struggled with some brands. But the ones made of real nail polish have always been a breeze to work with 🙂 Give it a try, who knows maybe you’ll love it more than you think!
I love this pattern. I especially love free shipping. I might have to give these a try!
I know right? I’m always lured in by the free shipping 🙂
