Introducing L’OcciBox by L’Occitane

It’s here! As of today, you can finally get your hands on coveted L’OcciBox [or LOCCI Box] from L’Occitane. This is one of my all-time favorite skincare companies, and I am very happy that they decided to down the subscription box route, because they are normally not very generous with samples, and travel sized are fairly pricey for most people who just want to try something once.

The first edition of L’OcciBox is curated with Winter in mind, so it features some of the brand’s nourishing products and seasonal must-haves [see the full list of contents below].

Precious Cleansing Foam 1.7 fl.oz
Shea Butter Body Milk 1.7 .oz
Arlésienne Hand Cream 0.3 .oz
Almond Supple Skin Oil 0.5 fl.oz
Immortelle Sample Divine Cream 0.05 .oz x2
L’OcciBox Box
Shea ELLE Hand Cream 0.3 .oz
Cherry Blossom ELLE Hand Cream 0.3 .oz
Verbena ELLE Hand Cream 0.3 .oz
Almond ELLE Hand Cream 0.3 .oz
ELLE Pouch

These products add up to over $50 in retail value, but they can be yours for just $15 + $4.95 for shipping and handling. First, go here and add the box to cart [one box per customer], then use code DISCOVER at checkout to have the price adjusted to $15. L’OcciBoxes are also sold at L’Occitane retail locations, so you can drop by and pick one up without having to wait for shipping.

To add some fun to this sampling experience L’Occitane collaborated with ELLE Magazine, whose illustrator designed prints for the nail file, four hand creams, and the makeup bag. One hundred randomly selected boxes will also contain a coupon for a free one-year subscription to ELLE. Isn’t that nice?

L’Occitane plans to release four L’OcciBoxes a year, each one with a new collaborator. Can’t wait to find out who will be curating our Spring box! Any guesses?

PRICE & AVAILABILITY
$15 USD for 1 box. Available exclusively at L’Occitane online store and retail locations. You need to use the code DISCOVER to have the price adjusted in your cart.

Will you be picking up one of these boxes for yourself or as a gift?

Welcome! This is such a great deal, I bet it won’t take long to sell out once everyone finds out about it.

I ordered one earlier today and free shipping! woo hoo

How exciting! I bet you can’t wait for it to arrive. L’Occitane is one company that I hoped would do something like this, but I just didn’t see them actually going through with it, and then BAM! Couldn’t be happier 🙂

Enjoy! I know you are a big fan of L’Occitane, so you probably tried everything in that box already, but it’s super nice to have travel sizes of your favorites, isn’t it? 🙂

Totally! I also just texted the link to your blog to a bunch of my friends who are also going to die over it lol. I looooove the idea of this box. I will have travel size backups of everything!

Aw, that’s so sweet of you, thanks for the exposure! <3 I hope they love their boxes as much as we do.

Sold out 🙁 totally wanted one. Never tried their stuff.

Shucks! I’m actually surprised it even lasted a whole day, I thought it’d be gone yesterday, considering how good of a deal that was. Well, at least we know it’s going to be a seasonal thing, so we have another one to look forward to for Spring 🙂

Hey, just spoke to a customer service rep. All the orders of that box got cancelled. Had to place it over again with her over the phone. Buy still no refund.

    • December 4, 2014 / 4:42 pm

Hi Asya! Yes, I heard about the whole debacle. Sounds like some people were ordering more than one box, and others were able to stack multiple codes. Well, at least they gave everyone a chance to buy the box again, but it was very unprofessional to keep their customers in the dark.

Wow what a ripoff…….I’m surprised you haven’t posted an updated explanation about this box- I was super pumped about this deal and have been waiting patiently for it only to just now find out about what this fiasco through ASYA’s comment. ASYA, thanks for sharing with us and giving us a heads up.

Clearly L’Occitane refuses to apologize and acknowledge their complete incompetency. There is absolutely zero history of my order when I go on to the “order history” page and any form of communication with their customer service is unavailable. Their “service is temporarily down,” they say. What a joke. They better be giving me a full refund as soon as possible. I will never be buying their product ever again. So disappointed with the way they’re handling this situation.

      Hi Michellenka,

I did update the post, just not with the information about the canceled orders because many of them were actually shipped, despite what that CS rep told Asya. Looks like all the glitches and bugs associated with this promotion were fixed, and the box is available for sale again. This time it ships to everyone and properly shows up in order history 🙂

This is an exciting sub box! I love L’Occitane, and can’t wait to try this! Thanks for the heads up! 🙂
