FarmHouse Fresh Strawberry Smash Sweet Cream, Sundae Best Chocolate Softening Mask

No, this is not going to be a DIY mask recipe kind of post, but it’s the next best thing, considering that I wanted to tell you about two FarmHouse Fresh products I’ve been hoarding since winter. The company prides itself on the freshness of their formulas, and all of the products give off this ripe straight off the vine kind of vibe. Without further ado, the duo I wanted to talk about is none other than Valentine’s Day classic: chocolate and strawberries. I meant to post around that time, but a lot of things happened, and I even lost a full box of products I was supposed to blog about, but now it’s been found, and everything was finally tested and photographed 🙂

You guys probably remember that last time I raved about FarmHouse Fresh Guac Star and Pudding Apeel masks, which are both totally awesome and worth a try for sure. This time I am thrilled to add a third one to my collection – Sundae Best Chocolate Softening Mask [$22, available here]. Enriched with CoQ10, this 98% natural chocolate mousse promises to help achieve smoother complexion and diminish the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. It may also encourage you to treat yourself more often, or maybe that’s just me. Every time I used it, I was totally won over by that rich chocolate fragrance, so I always treated myself to something sweet afterward.

FarmHouse Fresh Strawberry Sweet Cream Smash [$26, available here] is a really unique body moisturizer. Think yogurt with fruit on the bottom, that’s the kind of look it has! The fragrance is equally enticing – sweet fresh strawberries with whipped cream make a petty awesome addition to my post shower skincare routine. The packaging deserves a special mention: each jar of this body lotion comes in a burlap drawstring baggie with a wooden spoon inside. Rustic charm at its finest! Now I bet you are wondering what it feels like, and let me tell you that the texture is really lightweight and absorbs into the skin almost instantly, leaving it soft, hydrated, and fragrant. I think it’s a great body lotion for summer.

I do like beauty products that smell like food. I’m not sure if I’d like the strawberries and cream, but I did see other products of theirs I’d like to try.

I adore chocolate masks – they are so decadent and pampering. The Sweet Cream Smash sounds like my kinda body moisturiser. Yum!

I have never heard of a chocolate mask before. It’s rich in antioxidants, so it makes sense. They both sound delivious

Strawberry Smash sounds amazing. I am completely obsessed with the Guac mask, and I think Pudding Apeel does similar things for my skin as Kate Somerville. Love FHF.
