Very few people have truly sensitive skin, but most of us get rashes, breakouts and allergic reactions at some point in our life, so I always recommend keeping a bottle of extra-gentle moisturizer in your beauty cabinet for those days when your skin is throwing a fit. Sensitive skin comes in different “shapes and sizes”, but most commonly it manifests in rashes and/or excessive dryness. When that happens to me, I stop using all of my current skin care and switch to gentler treatments. Why the long prelude?
