OPI Ski Teal We Drop Swatches and Review

I try to enter Allure giveaways monthly whenever I remember about them, and apparently I won a bottle of this nail polish back in August. It took a while to reach me, but I think it came just in time for the cold season.

Ski Teal We Drop is best described as a dusty dark teal creme, and it’s highly pigmented which guarantees full opacity in one coat. It came out as part of the Swiss Collection in Fall 2010, and it’s currently one of my favorite cold season polishes. Here’s the official shade description:

“This long lasting chip proof nail lacquer provides an easy smooth application for both manicures and pedicures. This medium teal creme mixed with mountains of grey, green and blue color flatters all skin types.”

Like most OPIs, this one goes on smoothly like butter and dries with a fabulous glossy finish. I love the brush too, something about it makes it really easy to paint, so I didn’t even need a cleanup. This color has been discontinued, but you can still find bottles online.

All OPI polishes are free from formaldehyde, toluene and DBP.

Thanks Erica! I used a classic Seche Vite top coat here, but the polish itself is very glossy too.
