*New Subscription* PashBox May 2014 Review, Pictures & Special Offer

pr sample

Fashionable ladies, there’s a new subscription in the house! Scarves have always been my personal favorite way to accessorize my outfits, and now there’s a subscription for that, isn’t that awesome? PashBox memberships are open for international subscribers for a flat shipping fee, which is pretty neat, considering that there aren’t many monthly sub options in some countries. Now let’s see what’s inside, shall we?

PäshBox May 2014 – contents

For inaugural indie box, the packaging looked quite impressive – the box, stickers and inserts were all branded, and the website looks really nice. I love when new companies do it right from the beginning!

PäshBox May 2014 – blue aztec print scarf

Wearing blue aztec print scarf

Each box comes with 2-3 on-trend seasonal scarves, and mine had all three! The first one was this large deep blue scarf with bright aztec print. This is a super hot pattern for Spring/Summer 2014, so I can easily find some idea on how to wear it and what to wear it with. This scarf is actually so big, I can wear it as a coverup to the beach this summer.

PäshBox May 2014 – striped geometric aztec scarf

My second scarf was another type of aztec pattern, but this one is more geometric. It features peach, white, light blue and pastel yellow colors, and made in a way that the wearer can choose to make it look more pink or more multicolor. This is a very light scarf, and my favorite from the box. I will definitely wear it often, because these colors match a lot of things in my wardrobe.

PäshBox May 2014 – multicolor splatter scarf

Last one was the infinity scarf, that features subdued colors, that would be work-appropriate even in very conservative companies. However, those colors form a very fun pattern, that reminds me of those avant garde art pieces with splashes of cream, pastel green, soft pink and black
 paint over solid colored canvas.

PäshBox May 2014 (special treats) – Petals Lush Lemonade Mix, Walkers Pure Butter Shortbread

PäshBox May 2014 (special treats) – Worn Gold Chevron Cuff Bracelet with Turquoise Gemstones

All inaugural May boxes also included a special gift from Stephanie, the founder of PäshBox. This little pouch contains a lovely Worn Gold Chevron Cuff Bracelet with turquoise gemstones; two Walkers Pure Butter Shortbread cookies; and Petals Lush Lemonade Mix packet. I have to say, I loved all three! The bracelet fits my wrist perfectly, the lemonade was refreshing and tasted great, and the cookies were out of this world. I don’t know if these extras will be included in every box, or it was just a bonus item in the May box, though.

THE VERDICT
I’m really impressed that PäshBox lived up to its promise to deliver fashionable accessories; all three scarves were on-trend and super-wearable. The extras were really fun, too, and I’m even thinking of buying more of that lemonade for Summer. In short, I’m pleased with the way this new subscription presented themselves, and I hope to see them do well in this crowded business niche.

P.S.: In case you’re wondering about my lips, I’m wearing Starlooks Lip Liner in Tipsy, topped with Milani Brilliant Shine Lip Gloss in Coral Crush.

Do you like scarves? What is your favorite way to accessorize?

3 scarves for $22? That’s pretty good! I love scarves – I’m always buying up the clearance ones at Target! I wear them predominately as belts, though. I love the pop of color with a tshirt and shorts. I’m glad you mentioned the lipstick, it’s gorgeous!

Nice scarves, and how do you know I’m going to ask what lippy you’re wearing?LOL… Is it a monthly sub for scarves? I don’t wanna drown w/ scarves but if they change it up w/ other accessories, I am interested!
