To tell you the truth, fall is the only season when I love wearing my hair down, even though it’s not as long as it used to be. I’m sure you ladies can relate to the problems of long hair upkeep and having to constantly brush it when you go out. Maybe it’s just me, but that’s just too much work! I already have makeup to touch up, adding hairstyle maintenance to that is just more work, haha 🙂
A long time ago [before I even started this blog] I used to think that beautiful hair can only be achieved by using expensive products, but when my financial situation took a sharp dive I decided to explore more affordable alternatives. I discovered a whole new world of wonderful products and new to me brands that completely changed my outlook on budget beauty. Now my situation is a lot more stable, but I always come back to stock up on my great value favorites. Very often they turn out to be as good as their department store counterparts!
Right now I am really enjoying a couple products from Aussie, specifically their Total Miracle Collection 7N1 Conditioner and 3 Minute Miracle Strong Conditioning Treatment.
As you may know, I have very thin hair [I always complain about it on this blog!], and it’s almost impossible to achieve any kind of volume. The ends are so wispy, they always stick out while the roots lay flat. That is why I love using deep treatment masques specifically to target my dry ends, and 3 Minute Miracle Strong Conditioning Treatment worked miracles for that. This is seriously one of the best hair masques I’ve ever used and I can’t recommend it enough.
I am not picky about my shampoos, but my conditioner needs to be both nourishing and lightweight enough for everyday use. This is a balance that’s hard to achieve, but I like what Total Miracle Collection 7N1 Conditioner does for my hair. It gives me volume and grounds the thin ends so my hair looks fuller and a lot less frizzy even if I don’t style it. This is definitely a winner if you have the same problems I do, and it won’t break the bank.
There were other Aussie products I bought and enjoyed in the past, like their 2-in-1 shampoo, which is very convenient and doesn’t leave my hair begging for conditioner, or the styling gel in a spray bottle, which I bought for the novelty of the idea and loved the results. Next time we place an order on Amazon I am thinking of picking up the men’s shampoo for my husband to try. His is almost out, and I’ve heard good things about this one. Have you tried either of these?
Great hair day doesn’t have to cost an arm and a leg, especially if you have access to great brands like Aussie. Even if you don’t have a store nearby that carries their products, you can always get them on Amazon, which is what I do for most things anyway because I’m lazy like that, haha!
Have you tried Aussie products? Let me know what your favorites are!
Your hair looks great as always. When I was younger, I was a big fan of Aussie. I need to give them a try again
My hair is very fine and thin too, I’ll have to try Aussie!
Your hair looks fab. My hair is fine and thin.
I tried Aussie’s Miracle range before and loved it, back in Uni. The new packaging is so vibrant. Got to revisit them.
I haven’t tried this brand in years. Thanks for the reminder
I really love the 3 minute deep conditioning mask they have; I use it before shampooing and it helps condition without being too heavy in my hair!
I LOVE 3MM. I almost always have a bottle or two in my shower.
My husband used Aussie for years and years and I’ve used it over the years too. A great reliable brand.
I have used the Aussie products since my late 20’s. I’m much, much older now. It has always worked well on my locks, long or short. My daughter also uses it for her very long hair with great results. Not weighty, leaves hair soft and shiny.
