Glossybox Holiday 2015 Review

It was still November when I picked up my Glossybox Holiday 2015 Edition. This Limited Edition bundle originally retailed for $40 if I remember correctly, and I managed to quickly buy it for $30 using a coupon code before the initial stock sold out. I vaguely remember unboxings for previous Holiday editions, but none of them seemed particularly impressive. This year it’s a whole different story! With amazing offerings from some of my favorite luxury brands, this is perhaps one of the best mystery beauty bundles I’ve seen lately.

I’m going to start with the star of my Glossybox Holiday 2015, Aerin Kaleidolight Palette. First of all, how flippin’ gorgeous is the packaging and the pan placement? The palette is quite large and takes up more than my palm. It comes in a pink protective bag, almost like a duster bag for fancy shoes. The product description states that it can be used as an eyeshadow, face powder, highlighter, contour, blush, setting powder etc. Ladies, it’s magnificent! I just bought Wayne Goss Holiday Brush and it picks up the perfect amount of product each time. I swirl it across all six pans and then lightly dust my cheeks for the most flattering contour.

NUXE Huile Prodigieuse | Limited Edition Glossybox Holiday 2015 Review. Read more at >> www.glamorable.com | via @glamorable

Glossybox Holiday 2015 Edition included another one of my favorites, NUXE Huile Prodigieuse dry oil, that can be used as a face, body, and hair moisturizer. I used to love the scent, but these days I’m a bit indifferent to it. What I like most about this spray oil is how fast it absorbs, so my skin never feels greasy or sticky afterward. Like with any oil, it’s easy to go overboard when using it on your hair, but I have other serums for that. All in all, this is as good as dry oils get!

Trust Fund Nail Polish in Champagne Socialite turned out the be the perfect rose gold to adorn my tips this Holiday season. I wore it a lot lately, and always been happy with this silky smooth coverage, longevity, and even coverage.

L'Atelier Maquillage Mascara Keracare | Limited Edition Glossybox Holiday 2015 Review. Read more at >> www.glamorable.com | via @glamorable

Here’s why I love Glossybox, they really introduce you to some amazing International beauty gems! I don’t think I would have ever tried L’Atelier Maquillage Mascara Keracare otherwise, that’s for sure. This mascara is infused with keratin and proteins to nourish the lashes, so they will always feel soft, silky, and never brittle. I admit, it’s not the best mascara out there, but it’s great for everyday wear.

Pure Cosmetics Glossygloss Pouty Pink | Limited Edition Glossybox Holiday 2015 Review. Read more at >> www.glamorable.com | via @glamorable

I never heard of this brand before, but my Glossybox card insists that Pure Cosmetics Glossygloss in Pouty Pink is infused with Vitamin E and jojoba oil, and the formula has conditioning properties. The case even features a little built in mirror and an LED light in the cap to help reapply the lip gloss throughout the day no matter where you are. I don’t wear lip gloss as often as I used to, and I already have a shimmery rose gold that I love, so I plan to give this one to a friend.

Ardency Inn Modster Smooth Ride Supercharged Eyeliner Black | Limited Edition Glossybox Holiday 2015 Review. Read more at >> www.glamorable.com | via @glamorable

And finally, the last goodie in my Holiday box was Ardency Inn Modster Smooth Ride Supercharged Eyeliner in Black. Modster eyeliners are a cult classic among beauty bloggers, and pretty much everyone I know raved about them. These pencils are soft, pigmented, and won’t budge once set.

THE VERDICT: Absolutely stunning box! I think Glossybox Holiday 2015 was curated so well, and every single product inside matches the Holiday theme perfectly. The palette and the nail polish are my personal favorites, but really everything was masterfully picked to satisfy the pickiest of beauty snobs.
