Secret Clinical Strength Antiperspirant + Free Product Coupon – Not only is this a big full-sized antiperspirant, Beauty Box 5 decided to add a coupon for another full-sized deodorant! Unfortunately, due to certain health problems I can only use aluminum-free products, but my Mom and sister use Secret regularly, so each one of them will score one 🙂

Montagne Jeunesse Glacial Cooling Face Mask – What I like about this not-so-typical sheet mask is the fact that it’s not completely drenched in product. You know how most of these are practically swimming in slime, and they’re so soaking wet that they slide right off your face? Well, that’s not the case with this Glacial Cooling mask – it actually has the appropriate amount of product, and leaves my skin clean, whitened, smooth and fresh. I promise, I’m not grumpy in this picture, it’s just kind of hard to smile with a sheet mask on your face. I need to take a “smizing” class from Tyra Banks so in the future I don’t look like I’m ready to murder someone, lol 🙂

Body Drench Grapefruit Lip Drench Lip Balm – Body Drench is a professional line of products sold at stores like Sally Beauty Supply and Beauty Brands. This lip balm is rougher than what I’m used to and has a gritty texture, it’s also fairly bitter if you happen to be a lip licker like I am. These lip balms are infused with antioxidants and vitamins, and I would have been 100% satisfied if only they didn’t contain totally unnecessary artificial fragrance and dyes. The balm feels fabulous on the lips, and stays for hours even if I lick them often, so it’s kind of rich and waxy in a good way.

Bellapierre Cosmetics Shimmer Powder in Storm – Mineral shimmery powders are very versatile and can be used a million different ways! Try them as an eye shadow, or turn into a cream shadow by applying with a wet sponge; as an eyeliner, lip color, tinted mascara, and even your own custom made nail polish. I always found that it’s best to apply these pigments by gently patting them on to ensure the optimal color payout.

Aveeno Positively Nourishing Calming Body Wash – I’m not a big fan of lavender, and thankfully this body wash doesn’t smell much like it – it’s more of a subtle floral scent with a teensy hint of lavender, which I can actually tolerate. The only thing I wasn’t very happy about is that we got Aveeno products two months in a row, and usually subscribers want the brands better spread out.

THE VERDICT
Overall this was a pretty well-rounded box that covered all bases, it’s almost like a travel kit for an overnight stay. It has a shower product, a deodorant, a cooling facial mask, a lip balm and a fabulous eye shadow – pretty good variety, isn’t it? Now some of these products I personally wouldn’t pick for myself, but that doesn’t mean they’re not someone else’s favorites.

I didn’t get the deodorant and wish I did 🙁 Got a pack of oil blotting sheets instead. Ah well!

I wish we could swap boxes, because I’d definitely get a lot more use out of those blotting sheets 🙂

I also got this box for review, and I got the same variation only with Coconut Lime lip balm and Champagne shimmer powder. I love the shimmer color you got, so gorgeous! The champagne is pretty too and could work as a highlighter, I think. I do wish I’d gotten the grapefruit balm. 🙂

Mmm coconut lime sounds heavenly, very Thai inspired! You’re making me wish I had gotten that champagne shimmer, I’ve had an unhealthy obsession with highlighters recently 🙂
