Beauty Must-Haves and Products You Can’t Live Without

I was recently asked about my all-time favorite products, whether it’s makeup or skincare, and I really hesitated to answer because I just didn’t feel like any of them are irreplaceable. There are so many great brands, so it’s very hard for me to be loyal to specific items. However, after careful re-evaluation of my stash, I came to the conclusion that there is in fact one product I’d be really sad to see discontinued.

Does your skin ever get those mild irritations, when it just gets bumpy? Not the red acne or pre-acne bumps or rashes, I’m talking about that goosebump-looking texture that lasts several days or even weeks if left untreated. I usually get that after I over-exfoliate [guilty!] or if I use products with harsh ingredients.

There’s only one SOS treatment that calms my skin and immediately smooths the surface after just one application. I’m serious, 15-20 minutes is all it takes to return my skin back to normal, and that wonder product is Exuviance Rejuvenating Treatment Masque ($39 for 2.5oz.), loaded with Alpha and Polyhydroxy acids. It’s a non-drying peel-off mask, that makes the skin look tighter, smoother, brighter and cleaner, and the effect is instant. I re-purchased it three or four times now, and will purchase it again for as long as the company continues making it. Other than this product, I really can’t think of any other ones, makeup or skincare, that I couldn’t find replacements for.

So what about you, ladies, is there anything in your stash you would hate to see discontinued?
