Mind=blown! It’s almost September already, can you believe that? Since today is the last day of the month, it’s time to share my pile of empties. I feel like so far my efforts to actually use up products have been very successful; just seeing all these empty bottles makes me feel proud!

Hourglass Film Noir Mascara – This mascara gets mixed reviews, but I really liked it, and would certainly consider repurchasing if I need to. You might be wondering how it’s any different from other mascaras, and I’d tell you that I feel like it’s actually doing something good for my lashes: they are soft, conditioned, and nourished. I don’t get that from most mascaras, whether they are drugstore or high end.

CNP Laboratory Cleansing Perfecta – I got two tubes of this cleanser in two different Memeboxes, and I seriously love this stuff. It helps me thoroughly remove even waterproof makeup and lip stains! If I can find a place where I can buy this for cheap, I will definitely get more. This is a potential HG status product, for sure.

Real Chemistry Luminous 3-Minute Peel – Got this sample in a Birchbox. It’s one of those gels that picks up dead skin cells and they just roll off like flakes. I thought it was a bit too gentle for my liking.

Korres Pomegranate Grenade Cleansing Wipes – As much as I love Korres, these wipes were underwhelming. They didn’t seem to remove makeup all that well, and I always needed a second cleanse, which kind of defeats the purpose of wipes. Not going to purchase again.

Lancome Bienfait Multi-Vital SPF30 – A very pleasant moisturizer, with great ingredients and high SPF. I’m sort of obsessed with Asian skincare right now, so I won’t be rushing to buy the full size, but it was a great discovery.

AmorePacific Moisture Bound Refreshing Hydra-Gel – Honestly, this moisturizer was just okay. Being a $100 product, it performed as well as my $20-$30 oil-free moisturizers, but the packaging sure looks nice.

Skin & Co Truffle Therapy Serum – A pretty nice serum with wonderful fragrance! I love Skin&Co’s truffle products, they always feel like they are actually doing something for my skin.

dr. Dennis Gross All-in-One Tinted Moisturizer – This was one of my first tinted moisturizers, which is still about 1/3 full, but it’s been sitting in a drawer for 2 years now, so I think it’s finally time to toss it. Great product though, if you’re looking for sheer coverage and some good skin caring ingredients.

23Years Old 3 Air-Laynic Pore Mask – I used it up, but the experience was far from pleasant. This is a carbonated mask, and it’s supposed to sting, but my skin stung way too much and I washed it off before the time was up 🙁 Too bad, because these carbonated treatments are supposed to be really effective for clearing out dirt from the pores.

Danahan Bon Yeon Jin Essence – Hands down, one of the best serums I’ve gotten in a Memebox. My skin just instantly fell in love with it, and that resulted in a more supple, even, and radiant complexion. I would buy this again in a heartbeat!

Murad Pore Reform T-Zone Pore Refining Serum – This serum is one of those stinging types, because it contains acids that make the skin smooth and even. I liked it, but not enough to purchase the full size.

What products did you finish this month? Any favorites?
