Sisley Paris Sisleya L’Integral Anti-Age [$525 for 1.6 oz, available here] is a multi-tasking moisturizer that fights against the visible signs associated with three types of aging caused by stress, lifestyle, and behavior. Like the rest of Sisley line, this cream comes with a steep price tag, which is not unusual for luxury cosmetics such as La Mer, La Prairie, and Chantecaille. Just in case you are in a bit of a shock from that price here’s a personal story from me! I used to be blinded by those price stickers and unconsciously handled expensive products more carefully.
It took me years to come to terms that a moisturizer is just a moisturizer, whether it’s priced $5 or $525, so no need to be extra finicky about it. Every time I have the opportunity to try something really expensive I just imagine I’m in a blind test. This actually helped me to not only be more objective in my product reviews, but also get over the fear of quickly using up pricey products I already own. After all, that’s what they’re for, and if I can’t bear to think of using them up, maybe splurging on them in the first place was a bad idea.
ABOUT THE CREAM:
Sisley claims their new moisturizer takes into account all factors that contribute to premature skin aging. Formulated with lindera extract for cellular rhythm, Persian acacia extract for cellular energy and a yeast and soy protein complex for cellular longevity, Sisleya L’Integral Anti-Age delivers “visibly spectacular results on wrinkles, firmness, radiance, density and hydration”. After four weeks, wrinkles are visibly reduced and the face appears to recover the firmness, density and radiance of more youthful skin. After eight weeks, the skin glows and perceived aging is visibly diminished.
A truly complete anti-aging product that acts on the visible signs associated with the 3 dimensions of aging.
Also, I stopped posting the ingredient lists for products because it took up too much space, but at the time of this review I couldn’t find any sources, so I grabbed my box and transcribed them for you by hand. You’re welcome!

PRESENTATION:
Sisleya L’Integral Anti-Age comes in a thick plastic white jar with gold trim. There are no distracting stickers on the side of the jar, so it actually doesn’t even look like a piece of clutter in my bathroom. My one big complaint for jar moisturizers [aside from the fact that it’s a jar to begin with] is that many of them don’t come with spatulas. This one does. Even though it’s just a basic plastic white scoop, that’s still better than not having one at all. I was lucky enough to have a bunch of spares from used up products, but a lot of people don’t have that luxury. You might be thinking that someone who can afford to splurge on this moisturizer would have a spatula or two laying around, but chances are they don’t [how often do you see rich people saving pieces of packaging from used products?]. In the end, they’d experience the same side effects of finger dipping as someone using a drugstore cream, except I’d be a lot more bummed to ruin an expensive cream even if I could afford to buy them in bulk.
HOW TO USE:
Sisley recommends warming one full scoop of the cream between the fingertips and gently massaging into cleansed and toned skin AM and PM. Use daily for at least 4 weeks to see visible results.
MY THOUGHTS:
The texture of this moisturizer is rich and creamy, but when I press on it in the jar it has a little bit of a cushiony bounce to it. The cream feels very luxurious on the skin: properly balmy, spreads well, and doesn’t flake, pill, or clash with the rest of my skincare and makeup. The fragrance can be described as natural herbal with a faint trace of herbes de provence, and in terms of strength it’s somewhere in the middle. Since it’s a balm-cream hybrid, Sisleya L’Integral Anti-Age delivers the benefits of both: rich oily texture that sinks in like a lightweight whipped souffle. While most of the cream quickly absorbs into the skin, it does leave a velvety layer on top, which is definitely not traceless. I don’t mind, though.
Note that I have combination/dehydrated skin that can get sensitive in the winter, and Sisleya L’Integral Anti-Age helped to soothe the flareups and keep the skin properly hydrated better than many of my moisturizers. I don’t have wrinkles or fine lines [staving them off like a champ!], so I can’t comment on the anti-aging properties, but it did make my finicky skin feel soothed and hydrated for most of the day while keeping the oil production at bay, which can be hard to achieve. Another positive change I noticed is how plump and bouncy my skin feels. I got similar results from collagen supplements, but since I haven’t been taking them for several months, I believe it’s this moisturizer that made the difference. After all, it’s one of the company’s claims that’s printed on the bottle.
All things considered I think Sisley Paris Sisleya L’Integral Anti-Age is a fabulous moisturizer for someone with normal and combination skin. Sisley also has an extra-rich version for people with dry and very dry skin types. I am completely ignoring the price here because like I said earlier in this post, it’s not my place to determine what is and what isn’t worth the money. It’s not my money and not my business. If you want to buy it, get it and you likely won’t be disappointed.
