Baby Bump Bundle Unboxing and Review: First Trimester November 2013

pr sample

Baby Bump Bundle is a very unique service that delivers carefully curated packages for every stage of pregnancy – from the very first trimester all the way through the breastfeeding/nursing stage. For this review I chose to try the First Trimester box, packed with pampering essentials for a mom-to-be.

HOW IT WORKS
Baby Bump Bundle offers carefully curated gift packages for moms-to-be, new mothers and newborn babies. The price per package varies and can be as low as $30 and as high as $89 with shipping & handling included. These kits make perfect gifts for an expecting mother; as well as great baby shower presents and Birthday/Christmas gifts for the newborns. To make those nine months truly special, the packages contain indulgent treats, workout DVDs, natural beauty products, fashion accessories and keepsakes with close attention to what a woman is going through at each stage of her pregnancy. Choose from a wide selection of Bundles: Fit bundle; First, Second and Third Trimester bundles; Baby bundle; and Breastfeeding bundle.

Scarves.com Gradient Rainbow Pashmina – This fabulous black & white gradient pashmina immediately caught my attention. I always considered it hard to find a good classic B&W scarf because most of them end up looking either too boring or too contrasting, and this one is neither. It’s made out of 100% acryllic, and feels warm, silky and soft to touch.

Ingrid & Isabel Everyday Cami in Black – Ingrid & Isabel makes gorgeous maternity wear, that is comfortable and on trend. This seamless cami stretches to provide smooth silhouette, and works wonderfully as a layering piece.

Earth Mama Angel Baby Organic Body Butter – With so many restrictions, it’s good to know there are companies making gentle non-toxic skin and bodycare products to help the expecting mother look and feel her best without any potential harm for the baby. This organic body butter combines the soothing and moisturizing powers of borage and neroli essential oils, with the nourishing and healing properties of pure shea butter to help support the skin’s natural elasticity. Fun fact: This product has been named the “Best Stretch Mark Cream” by Natural Solutions magazine.

Knocked Up Nails Nail Polish in Rock-a-Bye Radiance – What a gorgeous color!! This shade is best described as a metallic fuchsia with silver shimmer, and it was opaque after just one coat. All of KUN polishes are 5-free, meaning they don’t contain Toluene, Formaldehyde, Formaldehyde Resin, Camphor or DBP, and they have been approved as safe for children, allergy-sufferers and even cancer patients.

Preggie Pops Morning Sickness Relief Drops – I wish I could tell you if these were effective, but I’m not pregnant right now. What I can tell you is that they’re very yummy, and with all of the junk in my candy these days I learned to appreciate all-natural sweets a whole lot more. Trust me, you don’t have to be pregnant to enjoy these 🙂

THE VERDICT
You have no idea how happy I am to have discovered Baby Bump Bundle! Just a few months ago I was invited to my cousin’s baby shower, and I was totally stunned because I had absolutely no idea what I can give as a present, and I sooo wish I knew about this service back then, because she would have loved it. These carefully curated bundles make amazing gifts for expecting mothers, and just from the contents I could tell that Baby Bump Bundle team knows what they’re doing.
