479 Sea Salt Caramel Popcorn // Earnest Eats Granola Bar

479 Sea Salt Caramel Popcorn – AT only 100 calories per pouch, this popcorn is a delightful guilt-free snack. It’s bursting with flavor, and as sweet as it is I’d never guess this was a diet product. Sea Salt Caramel is my favorite popcorn flavor, and 479 got the sweet vs. salty ratio just right.

Earnest Eats Granola Bar – Granola bars are my diet staples, and I can’t imagine ever dieting without them. I love the feeling of satisfaction I get from eating just one of these bars, it gives me plenty of energy to go on with my day without the distraction of constantly thinking about food.

Eat Cleaner Wipes // Litehouse Instantly Fresh Basil // Nature’s Earthy Choice Farrotto

Eat Cleaner Wipes – So convenient! I would pack these wipes into my picnic basket, beach bag or for a long road trip, because they would be super convenient to use to make sure my fruits and veggies are clean and safe to eat.

Litehouse Instantly Fresh Basil – They say “the grass is always greenr”, but this dried basil is actually greener than the bottle I have on my spice rack, so it’s probably fresher, too. I love adding it to my salads, pasta dishes and omelettes, and look forward to using it.

Nature’s Earthy Choice Farrotto with Zucchini and Peas – I don’t think I’ve ever tried farro, let alone farrotto, but I do like rizotto, so I am excited to try this packaged dinner pouch. Farro contains lots of protein and fiber, and is apparently considered to be one of the healthiest grains.

Rootology Breathe Free // Sneakz Organic Chocolate Milkshake // Ziggy Marley’s Organic Hemp Rules // Ziggy Marley Coco’mon Coconut Oil

Rootology Breathe Free – From what I could gather this is an all-natural nasal decongestant, and it works to relieve sneezing, congestion, sinus pressure, runny nose, itchy watery eyes and headache associated with those symptoms. I normally don’t care for supplements, but I did want to try this one, because I was feeling under the weather on the day my box arrived. The product card says these capsules will provide relief in minutes, and to be honest, I think it did help somewhat. I’d say my symptoms lightened by 60-70%, but still weren’t completely gone. Still, better than stuffing myself with chemicals, I guess.

Sneakz Organic Chocolate Milkshake – This has to be the wildest chocolate shake I have tried – aside from the obvious milk and cocoa, it’s made with cleverly disguised veggies like sweet potatoes, carrots and broccoli. As a result, each package provides a tasty drink and a full serving of vegetables!

Ziggy Marley’s Organic Hemp Rules – This pouch contains a mix of organic hemp seeds coated with a flavorful Caribbean spice blend. I think I will probably use this mix for my salads, but the company also suggests mixing it with greek yogurt, sprinkled over soups and cereals, in baked goods and smoothies.

Ziggy Marley Coco’mon Coconut Oil – Like EVOO, coconut oil is as good in cooking as it is in skincare. It’s a great moisturizer for skin and hair and even works well as a makeup remover; and it also can be used to replace canola oil for cooking.

MoveMeFit.com – As a special bonus, Bestowed presented their subscribers with a 3-month certificate for this online fitness portal. It offers hundreds of premium workout videos from the best instructors to provide professional fitness routines in the comfort of your own home. They have a vide variety of videos to choose from – pilates, strength, cardio etc – but I will probably check out their yoga lessons, since they don’t require any special equipment.

THE VERDICT
A great well-rounded box, there was a little bit of everything in it. My favorites are probably the dried basil, a workout website certificate, and that crazy veggie chocolate milk. By the way, I’m making progress – I’m down 2 lbs since last week!
